This well water softener and iron filtration system combines advanced Fleck technology with KDF85 MediaGuard to remove hardness, iron, sulfur, manganese, odors, heavy metals, and other contaminants. Ideal for large households, it delivers clean, safe, and great-tasting water throughout your home.

  • All-in-One System: Softens water while reducing iron, sulfur, manganese, odors, chemicals, heavy metals, and sediment

  • Mineral Tank: 13"x54" (color may vary), preloaded with 2.5 cu ft 10% cross-linked cation softening resin

  • Brine Tank: Includes safety float

  • Metered Softener Valve: Fleck 56SM with touchpad controller

  • Plastic Bypass Valve: Standard 1" (3/4" available upon request)

  • Transformer: Included if needed

  • KDF85 MediaGuard: Reduces iron, sulfur, heavy metals, controls bacteria, and inhibits scale formation

  • Gravel and Distributor Tube included

How It Works:

  1. Water passes through the gravel bed, filtering large debris and sediment

  2. Fine mesh resin removes hardness and iron

  3. KDF85 MediaGuard reduces iron and sulfur, inhibits bacterial growth, and improves water taste

Performance:

  • Removes hardness up to 98 GPG

  • Removes iron up to 6 ppm (mg/L)

  • Removes hydrogen sulfide up to 2 ppm

  • Filters chemicals, odors, and sediment

  • KDF media helps control bacteria, algae, fungi, and scale

Installation Notes:

  • Some well water may still require additional iron filtration

  • If bacteria is present, a disinfection system may be necessary

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
