  • On-Demand Metered Regeneration:
    Flow meter measures water usage and regenerates only as needed, conserving water and salt.

  • Tannin Removal (Up to 3 ppm):
    Contains 0.5 cubic ft of tannin-specific resin capable of removing up to 3 ppm tannins, clearing murky or tea-colored water. Contact us if higher tannin levels are present.

  • Hardness Reduction:
    1 cubic ft of high-capacity softening resin removes up to 32,000 grains of hardness between regeneration cycles, preventing scale buildup in pipes, fixtures, and appliances.

  • Improves Soap Efficiency:
    Soft water reduces soap and detergent use for dishes, laundry, and bathing, leaving skin, hair, and fabrics softer.

  • Service Flow:
    Treats a maximum flow rate of 10 gallons per minute (GPM), suitable for small to mid-sized households.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
