System Overview:

The AIO™ Air Injection Oxidizing Filter System is a single-tank solution designed to remove iron, sulfur, and manganese from well water efficiently and cost-effectively. It combines oxidation and filtration in one unit, reducing maintenance and downtime.

How It Works:

  1. The system maintains an air pocket at the top of the tank during operation.

  2. Water passes through this pocket, oxidizing iron, sulfur, and manganese.

  3. Dissolved oxygen is added, enhancing oxidation.

  4. The media bed then removes oxidized contaminants.

  5. A daily backwash flushes accumulated iron and refreshes the air pocket, keeping the system efficient.

Performance Capabilities:

  • Removes up to 8 ppm Hydrogen Sulfide

  • Removes up to 7 ppm Iron

  • Handles moderate amounts of manganese

  • Reduces odors and improves water taste

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
